Confidential participation
micro1 treats participation and transaction terms as confidential. Employees, contractors and subprocessors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Secure and isolated processing
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed in isolated pipelines and restricted to vetted people who need access to perform the work.
Human-reviewed de-identification
Before information moves downstream, proprietary tooling and trained reviewers identify, transform and quality-check personal information. Only de-identified outputs are delivered to the customer; the raw company corpus is not.
Clear retention terms
The default retention period for a raw corpus is no more than 90 days, with company-specific arrangements available. De-identified outputs already delivered to and owned by the customer are perpetual and are not subject to deletion.
Exact retention windows, review steps, security controls and handling requirements can be tailored and documented in the company agreement.
